Responsibilities

AllSome is a Cross-border eCommerce Smart Fulfilment that enables merchants to start selling in 1 second. 

We provides flexible cross border fulfilment solutions for South East Asia modern online merchants to sell and fulfil orders faster, more reliably and cost-effective. Processed more than 1.3 million packages with smart data analysis technology. 

Globally repurpose distinctive "outside the box" thinking and premium process improvements for cross border logistics and fulfillment. Dynamically utilise flexible resources to provide affordable comprehensive solutions.

What you’ll bring…

Responsibilities

  •     Previous coordination experience is preferable.
  •     Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including    performance data, contracts and deeds.
  •     Demonstrated ability to build, foster and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of key stakeholders(cooperative partners)
  •     Support customer enquiries 
  •     Coordinate routine activities
  •     Provide progression report to managers
  •     Prepare required documents and information

 

Candidate Attributes:

 

  • Fast-learner and willing to learn
  • Excellent technical skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Multi-language Speaker(eg:Mandarin and Malay) is preferable.
  • Preparedness and ability to undertake interstate travel.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively within a multi-skilled team environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices
  • Positive & Happy attitude
  • With sense of humour
  • Highly organised and motivated
