Admin Executive

The Xpress Train is located at Mall of Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Our services include co-working space, venture builder and business consultancy providing technological solutions. We are promoting leading technology in southern region of Malaysia, and is the first of its kind venture builder in this region.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Maintain the good condition of the office, keep it clean and tidy at all times, make sure housekeeping is done according to schedule
  2. Manage the inventory of the whole office, make sure all the necessary items are available and top up when they are finished
  3. Manage the admin work of the office, which includes data key in and general management, handle leave application, record minutes of meeting, settle billing, etc.
  4. Do filing for office operations, make sure all records are accurate and traceable, make sure the filing system is organized and systematic
  5. Liaise with tenants/partners about their needs, report to supervisor if there is any complaint
  6. Be the first line receptionist to phone calls and walk-in inquiries, and direct them to colleagues who should handle their request
  7. Need to get involved in certain event and project execution
  8. Any other instruction from supervisor

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

1.       At least a SPM/O Level/STPM/A Level, Diploma and above in Business Admin, Management or any related field is preferred

2.       Minimum 1 year of experience in admin work

3.       Experience and/or high interest in technology startups & business is an advantage

4.       Extremely detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization

5.       Systematic and organized

6.       Trustworthy and honest, with integrity

7.       Able to multi-task

8.       Patient in doing repetitive work

9.       Like to do customer service and attend to customers’ needs

10.   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint

11.   Fluent in English and Malay; other language capabilities are a plus especially Mandarin

Salary

1200 - 1500 MYR
