Softinn is a travel-tech startup that based in Malacca, Malaysia. We provide cloud-based reservation system for boutique hotels and vacation rentals. Looking for candidate who has passion in helping small businesses and has experience in digital marketing (i.e Ads Retargeting, Inbound Leads Generation)

  • Hustle with a lean team of digital marketers and sales executives to develop and maintain customer relationship that promote retention and loyalty
  • Manage and engage our Merchant on Hubspot (our CRM) to ensure they use Softinn's platform effectively and maximising on our features to guarantee they get the most value
  • To design and run Merchant success process and campaign
  • To engage, to inspire and to help our Merchant in running digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness and for sales purpose
  • To achieve the monthly average revenue per Merchant
  • To respond promptly and professionally to the inquiries and needs of our customer (guest and merchant) through our communication channels (Phone & Email & Live Chat)
  • To maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • To know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions from customer (guest and merchant) to process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • To follow up on customer interactions, including payment reminder & collection
  • To attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends


  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales & marketing experience, customer service experience, and experience in e-commerce is a plus point
  • Prefer candidates with experience in digital marketing
  • Prefer candidates who are familair with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
  • Receptive to learn marketing tools
  • Computer literates
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and dynamically prioritise tasks
  • Resiliency to effectively deal with job stress and upset customers
  • Excellent listening & writing skills, critical thinker with attention to details
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu. Knowing Mandarin is a plus point
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minutes
  • Minimum obtained a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in the relevant field
