Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting - sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, reference checking etc.

  • Continuously grow and nurture a high quality candidate pipeline in advance of needs through proactive market outreach and maintaining ongoing relationships

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs

  • Drive continuous improvements to our talent acquisition strategy to identify and deliver top talents

  • Engage with the HR and Marketing team to continuously drive talent marketing initiatives such as employer branding and developing communication channels with candidates

  • Collect market intelligence on talent supply, competitor trends, etc. to ensure we remain competitive

  • Conduct analysis and produce recruitment reports/statistics  

  • Maintaining and organising all personal files and ensuring all required documents and details of candidates are in place

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in talent acquisition especially in-house recruitment and/or headhunting

  • Specialisation in technology recruits such as Data Scientist and Software Engineers is a plus

  • Adaptable. You are able to source and recruit talents of all profiles from entry level to department heads. You are equally as comfortable recruiting a Content Writer as you are recruiting a Frontend Engineer

  • Excellent interpersonal skill. You have the ability to connect, make an impression and foster long term relationships be it with candidates, external partners or internal teams

  • Strong communication skill. You possess the ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended as well as negotiate effectively

  • Strong command of English. Command of Mandarin and Malay is valued

  • Outstanding organisational skill.  You have excellent time-managements skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise assignments

  • Energised by fast-paced environment. Experience in recruiting in a startup is a plus

  • Efficient. You consistently strive to accomplish more with less

  • Independent learner and curious.  You are curious, inquisitive and able to spot opportunities at every turn. You take charge and direct your own growth and learnings

  • Take ownership. You have strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

  • Action-oriented. You know a good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan next week
