Job Description 

Ampston Corporation is a technology solutions and consultancy that provides end-to-end customer solutions for the Education, Corporate and Government sector. We pride ourselves in providing latest technology solutions in the market and delivering exceptional customer service through customized solutions that meets individual client needs. Our team consists of industry experts specializing in mobile learning, learning pedagogy, content design and system implementation. The marketing team develops the company's external marketing and consumer communications for existing clients. 

The Senior Marketing Associate is a full-time position that will partner with Kidxy Technologies Sdn Bhd. and Hilltop F&B Sdn Bhd to execute marketing campaigns for these companies’ promotional programs. They will be responsible for all project management execution. Responsibilities include: coordinating functional project managers across departments and teams, tracking budget for each marketing campaign initiatives, help support and define scope and deliverables. Define portfolio of work-streams and projects to bring programs to life. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign/monitor work as needed, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee all portfolio activities which may be within or across cross functional areas of Marketing.
  • Build constructive business relationships with all marketing stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors.
  • Identify, analyse and prioritize project risks and impact of risks on all projects
  • Develop a communications plan to update marketing stakeholders on progress & implementation.
  • Work with creative, print production and content teams on creative development.
  • Partner with paid media teams to drive traffic and transaction through program strategy.
  • Work with customer care, loyalty, CRM and all digital teams to integrate programs into web, social & mobile platforms.
  • Manage all program related documentation like progress reports and presentations.
  • Brings visibility to a Portfolio by creating a holistic calendar and health tracker.
  • Collaborates with and provides strategic recommendations around digital marketing tactics in support of marketing campaigns; acts as primary point of contact for website for marketing activations that involve web
  • Maintains content activation/deployment calendars for assigned programs and activations in support of broader editorial calendar and marketing programs calendar
  • Coordinates cross-channels while maintaining a customer-centric approach to campaign and content planning
  • Collaborates with analytics team to identify and analyse key activation metrics, and to provide insights for ongoing testing and optimization

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, food or packaged goods industry or education sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven relationship builder with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Have both Print and Digital experience and partnered with creative teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
  • Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
  • Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
