The Job:

  • Build our digital marketing roadmap.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blog, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Formulate strategies that bring brand awareness, audience engagement and revenue conversion, in a creative manner.
  • Identify new approaches, out-of-the-box new opportunities and stay up to trend with the latest digital marketing methods.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs by analyzing data of each online campaign, and prepare budget.
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
  • Oversee all social media accounts across multiple business assets.
  • Manage and improve online marketing content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment and all vertical opportunities.
  • Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
  • Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.

Requirements

The Person:

  • Degree qualification in Marketing / Digital technologies or relevant field.
  • Demonstrates experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands on experience with Marketing Communication, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software and other online marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
  • Familiarity with web design will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Able to think creatively.
