Responsibilities

We’re looking for an incredible communicator who is comfortable and effective with cold calling, identify potential prospects, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills. This individual will be a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple channels including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Things happen quickly at SoftSolvers and to get stuff done here you need to be an enthusiastic team player - a self-starter who is independent and isn't frightened to fail while trying something completely crazy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business via telephone, email and social media to introduce SoftSolvers products and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Work with the Business Development teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Second CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • If demonstrated strong lead generation skills and leadership qualities, will be promoted to manage the Lead Generation team

Requirements

Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
Prefer if experience in B2B business software (ERP / CRM / HR / Accounting) space
Excellent client service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Happy to work with a small team
