Responsibilities

Selling SAAS based Digital Transformation Solution (office automation + hr) to Mid size companies

You’ll be building a sales team from scratch, free to hire any number of sales guys [my plan is to hire two first, train them, put processes in place, start getting some sales, and then we keep hiring 1 or 2 guys every 3 months]

You’ll also have full say in overall marketing strategy for the product

You’ll be also have good say in product development [mainly market feedback on what can help us sell better]

Base Salary: RM8k

Sales Commission: 10% of total new sales

Requirements

Minimum 4-8 years of B2B (mid to large enterprises) Sales experience, with at least 2 years in selling SAAS based business solutions.

MUST have seen it all done it all experience in sales, building sales teams, designing comp plan, motivating and coaching sales guys and whatever it takes to hit numbers.

Its not a short term game, need commitment for at least 4-5 years (till IPO in 2022).
