RinggitPlus is looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to drive organizational growth as the business scales across Southeast Asia. As a key unit within a high-growth disruptive Fintech startup, RinggitPlus needs to ensure that we attract, retain and grow the best and the brightest while leaving behind a positive legacy.

Reporting to the Director of RinggitPlus, you will be responsible for all functional, strategic and operational HR matters. You will have to solve complex organizational challenges through people-based solutions.


  • Review business unit performance, identify HR related challenges and work with the Business Units to develop and implement people and organizational solutions
  • Review business plans to ensure that all Business Units have the resources required to achieve their goals. Where gaps exist work with our TAM to recruit and onboard
  • Identify gaps in core skill sets and implement training and development to fill them
  • Drive and oversee the management of all people related matters (performance reviews, employee surveys)
  • Ensure that the company’s overall vision and each Department’s goals and KPIs are clearly communicated
  • Create, implement and constantly improve processes across the organization
  • Create and align compensation and career development policies and programs at all levels of the organization to ensure that employees have a path to achieve career and financial goals
  • Work with Senior Management to nurture Jirnexu’s culture within RinggitPlus and ensure adherence to it
  • Manage all functional HR tasks including payroll, insurance, maintaining employee files, compliance to local labour laws, policies, communications
  • Managing our offices to ensure they are great places to work
  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes, domestic inquiries and other employee relations issues.


  • University Degree – Business Administration, HR or Psychology are preferred but not required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience across HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Resource Planning, HR Operations, Talent Management & Employee Engagement, Change Management) in a high growth fast paced and innovative environment
  • Experience managing HR across the full spectrum from blue collar to highly skilled knowledge workers
  • Experience in performance management and talent/team development, organizational design and change management, leadership coaching, people driven programmes and data and insights analysis/presentations
  • Can do attitude, growth mindset, uncanny EQ and a true passion for growing people
  • Great listener with a 6th sense for what people are really thinking
