Responsibilities

  • To ensure proper approval and account coding for supplier's invoice     
  • Review invoice for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment                 
  • Prepare payment voucher for supplier payment             
  • To ensure payment process is initiated on a timely basis              
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statement          
  • Maintaining petty cash, preparing petty cash payment voucher               
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations        
  • Handle basis account administration work and filing       
  • Liaise with vendor and respond to inquiries                       
  • Perform any ad-hoc job assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): candidate who familiar with autocount accounting system will be favourable, Able to perform in a fast paced environments.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
