We hire ambitious people to take senior roles in startups. We give the idea, we provide the support, guidance, and mentoring. And then those hires just need to deliver.

Our team of 50 consists of two Oxford graduates, an Imperial College London graduate, a Reading University graduate and qualified lawyer, a Melbourne University PhD student who dropped out to pursue an opportunity with us, and a commercial pilot who gave up his career to join us.

Our senior management consists of an ex-PriceWaterhouseCoopers Chartered Accountant, and a former Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse Vice President.

Responsibilities is a job platform for entry level to mid level careers in Malaysia, founded in April 2015 by an ex investment banker & budding pilot, with a distinct focus on matching job seekers and employers to each other.

The platform has grown to more than 4,500+ job listings a month and 200,000+ users, with 1,000+ new sign ups every day. We’re in our growth stage and we’re looking for talented people to support our growth as we continue to learn and innovate in the recruitment industry while striving to hit our goal of being the biggest job platform in Malaysia by 2020.   • Check all job listings that are added to the platform 
  • Edit and improve job listings on the platform 
  • Follow and improve on job listing editing 
  • Improve company profiles that are posted by employers 
  • Flag companies that are spamming content and manage them 
  • Manage overall quality of job listings on website
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures


  • Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
