Our team of 50 consists of two Oxford graduates, an Imperial College London graduate, a Reading University graduate and qualified lawyer, a Melbourne University PhD student who dropped out to pursue an opportunity with us, and a commercial pilot who gave up his career to join us.

Our senior management consists of an ex-PriceWaterhouseCoopers Chartered Accountant, and a former Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse Vice President.

Job Description: 

  1. Management of petty cash transactions.
  2. Key in database 
  3. Prepare payment voucher & issue cheque for payment to creditors/suppliers 
  4. Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
  5. Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
  6. Preparation of statutory accounts.
  7. Working with journals, sales and spreadsheets.
  8. Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the accounts team
  9. Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
  10. Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
  11. Posting daily receipts
  12. Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
  13. Processing staff claims
  14. Preparing management accounting 
  15. Bank reconciliation


Skills Required: 

  1. Quickbooks is an advantage
  2. Good knowledge of MS OFFICE (Microsoft Word & Excel) 
  3. Excellent organization and administration skill with attention to detail 


  1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
