Customer Service Executive (Part Time)

Reporting to the Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Placing phone calls on behalf of the client
  • Data entry and lead generation
  • Online research

Requirements

Requirements

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Superior communication skills with good phone manners
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel or Googlesheets)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Call centre experience (or similar) is a plus
