Implementation and support lead

Ever wondered how clinics and hospital manage their daily records? We have seen the primitive hand-written records and the manual filing systems that take forever for one to register. We then enter the age of ugly and complicated hospital record systems that doctors and nurses hate. IT has been a part of our everyday lives, so why is the medical sector lagging behind?

We have done the seemingly impossible; an application that doesn’t change the doctors' workflow yet manages their patient records electronically. We are all about our doctors’ user experience. We’re funded, loved by doctors and having a blast!

We have a kick-ass solution. Klinify helps solve the problem of paper-based patient record management without changing the workflow process of doctors.

Now we need help with setting up Klinify for our customers! 

We are looking for an Implementation and support leads who can set up Klinify, train the clinic staff and address any technical support queries. 

You will need to have:

Initiative; to further our user experience in easing the workflow of doctors

Confidence; to be unfazed by the magnitude of impact we will be making in the industry

Discipline; to work around regulations, build safety mechanisms thrice over, and work with multiple layers of security

Tolerance; to put up with our sorry excuse for witty banter

You will be in constant interaction with a tenacious group of people. These people save lives daily, have seen death firsthand, and barely have enough time for themselves. And your job is to transition them on to Klinify with minimal disruption to their routine!

Requirements

  • More than  1 year experience in customer support/ customer facing roles. 
  • Basic network setting up, IT troubleshooting knowledge 
  • Fluency in English and Malay (important!) 
  • Good understanding of technology in general (ie be able to explain how dropbox and gmail work to a non technical person) 
  • Ability to work in a small kick ass team
  • Resonance with our core values

Note: This role requires travelling around Selangor for deployment. 

Salary

3000 - 6000 MYR
