Fiestah is a rapidly growing, fast-paced, venture-backed lunch delivery business that started in 2013 and served thousands of customers in New york City. Fiestah is now spicing up the next generation lunch experience for people working in offices. We believe lunch should be convenient, on demand and at the same time delicious. Fiestah sources food from the best restaurants in cities and provides simplicity of SMS/email ordering to our users.

We are launching in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and looking for an Associate to join a growing team to ensure that our customers, drivers and restaurants have an out-of-this-world, mind blowing experience with each and every interaction with us. This position requires enthusiasm and the ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment.

In Fiestah operations, our focus is on three keys areas:our expansive driver network, our restaurant partners, and our scalable systems to handle our explosive growth. We manage the logistics of hundreds of moving parts on a daily basis and value high-quality and creative processes that enable the success of our business and provide the best experience to our customers.

  • Manage day-to-day operations across all markets by communicating efficiently and quickly with our restaurant and drive partners.
  • Communicate cross functionally with our local team's vendor managers to help restaurants become more efficient and deliver high quality food faster.
  • Solve complex logistical and operational problems to give the best customer experience and maintain aggressive on-time delivery goals and other operational KPIs.


  • You have 1-3 years experience in a combination of operations, logistics, consulting or an equivalent field and a bachelor's degree.
  • You thrive in a high-paced environment. You work hard and play hard. Operations and Customer Service can be intense during the lunch rush, as we solve our customers' and restaurant partners' problems in real time.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are able to work in a cross functional team and use the most appropriate communication channel.
  • You are a problem solver. You love being thrown a curveball and are able to stay cool and make everything better as a result.
  • You have a great attention to detail. You make sure to cross your t's and dot your i's and know how to operate without mistakes.
  • You show ownership. You hate leaving things incomplete and are hugely satisfied when a list of tasks is completed.
  • You are process-oriented. You find it deeply rewarding when a process falls into place and runs like clockwork.
  • You manage ambiguity well. We are rapidly growing startup which means we are constantly finding new and better ways of running the business.
