Team Lead- Sales & Operations

Responsibilities

  • We are now looking for a very driven, go getter individual that can lead our sales & operations team in Malaysia. As numero uno, you are expected to possess the skills, knowledge and tenacity to form and lead this team. 
  • As the go to person, you need to have a optimistic outlook and personality and also are required to hand hold, walk through with every client on our work flow and process, from start till end and execute a seamless onboarding for every individual client and resolve any potential issues for them. 
  • A charismatic & hands on problem solver. We do not expect you to bang your head against the wall should you run into obstacles that are well expected. A resourceful & creative problem solver is greatly appreciated without incurring the wrath of any authorities or parties. 
  • A tech savvy ninja who's equally adept in both desktop and mobile technology and operations round the clock. 
  • As extensive interaction with our guests from all over the world is part of the job, you are expected to possess a multi- cultural outlook with a gregarious appetitie with communicating with anyone from the international arena. 
  • You are expected to perform and thrive in a high pressured and fast paced environment. 
  • This ideal candidate will be groomed to be a high management postion with key leadership responsbilites - Country Manager of Malaysia. 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However we may consider internship or fresh graduates if the candidate fits into our profile. 
  • Required Skill(s): sales, operations, team management, Good IT knowledge
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese ( Standard Mandarin ). Any other foreign language is a big advantage. 
  • Preferably Junior Manager/ Manager with some experience in Vacation, Short Stay, Hostel, Hotel Management/ Hospitality, Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Candidates with previous startup or working expereince with startups will be much preferred. 

 

Expected renumeration for the ideal candidate comprises of a basic, a awesome commission scheme, potential share options and full EPF and SOSCO benefits. 

 

This is an extremely challenging and exciting role in a industry that's set to grow tremendously over the few years. We will expect the ideal candidate to start, grow and eventually be a substantial stakeholder of our organisation that is set to grow within the Asia Pacific Region.
