- Master of all communication channels: Speak to customers on the phone, reply via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, write letters….
- Be customers’ best friend and make their day
- Collect data about customer happiness, help analyse customer segments and behaviour, support building a tailored user experience
- Work closely with our operations and kitchen crew to perform last minute miracles
- Amaze customers with your responsiveness and friendliness
- Extrovert personality: you love speaking to people and help them resolve any issues and enquiries
- You rather pick up the phone than writing emails
- You speak English & Malay (Chinese speaking is an extra plus)
- Forward thinking and action-taker: you anticipate potential problems and prevent them before they occur
- Empathetic but resilient: You deeply care about customers but always remain calm
- Work well under pressure: there is a reason people invented the word “hangry”….you will make sure customers never reach this state
- You like to work with others and have fun at work
